Shipping Policy

Every Feral Clothing item is made to order by our print-on-demand partner (Printify and its US print providers), so nobody ends up with a warehouse of regrettable sweatshirts.

Where we ship

Currently the United States only (including APO/FPO where the carrier allows).

How long

Production: about 2-7 business days.
Transit: usually 3-8 business days after shipping.

So plan on roughly 1-2 weeks total; holidays can make it longer. Items in one order may ship separately. Times are estimates, not guarantees.

Costs & tracking

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 days after shipping, email LCirillo@GroundedLeadershipLLC.com and we'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund. If tracking shows delivered, please check with neighbors and your carrier first; we'll help where we can, but we're not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery to the address you gave. Double-check your address: we can't redirect orders once they're in production.
