Last updated: October 29, 2026. This site is operated by Grounded Leadership, LLC dba Feral Clothing, Cheyenne, WY ("Feral Clothing", "we"). We don't sell your personal information. Not even for snacks.
What we collect
- Info you give us: name, email, shipping/billing address, phone (optional), order details, messages.
- Automatically: IP address, browser/device data, pages viewed, and cookies.
Who we share it with (only to run the store)
- Stripe processes payments. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. See stripe.com/privacy.
- Printify and its print partners receive your name, shipping address and order items to make and ship your order.
- Shipping carriers, our hosting provider, and authorities if required by law.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for the cart, login and checkout, plus basic analytics. You can block cookies in your browser, but checkout may stop working.
Email marketing
We only send marketing email if you opt in (e.g. a newsletter checkbox). We may use an email service such as Klaviyo to send it. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Order and shipping emails are transactional and are sent regardless.
Retention & security
We keep order records as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal reasons, and the rest only as long as useful. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfect.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing, by emailing us. Residents of states with privacy laws (e.g. California) have these rights too, and we won't discriminate against you for using them. The site is not intended for children under 13.
