Returns & Refunds
Everything at Feral Clothing is printed to order, just for you. That means we can't take returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size or color choice, or "it looked different in my head." Please check the size chart before ordering.
When we make it right
If your item arrives misprinted, defective, or damaged, we'll send a free reprint or give you a full refund for that item, your choice. Email LCirillo@GroundedLeadershipLLC.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. No need to send the item back unless we ask.
Wrong address / lost packages
If an order is returned because the address entered was wrong, we can reship it at your cost. For lost packages, see our Shipping Policy.
Cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. Email us right away; if production hasn't started we'll cancel and refund in full.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable law.
