Text Messaging Terms

Last updated: November 5, 2026. These terms cover the Feral Clothing text / SMS program operated by Feral Clothing, DBA Grounded Leadership LLC, PO Box 1441, Cheyenne, WY 82009 ("Feral Clothing", "we", "us"). Program name: Feral Clothing Alerts.

What you'll get

If you opt in, you may receive recurring automated marketing text messages about Feral Clothing — for example new designs, restocks, offers, cart reminders, and order-related updates we send by SMS. Message frequency varies.

How to opt in

You can join by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts on a Feral Clothing signup form, checkout checkbox, or other clear opt-in we offer. You may also follow any keyword instructions we publish. Opting in is voluntary.

Consent is not required to buy

Your consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can shop without joining the text program.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check your plan with your wireless carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out and get help

Reply STOP to cancel. You may receive one final confirmation text.
Reply HELP for help, or email orders@feral-clothing.com.

You can rejoin later by opting in again through an approved method.

Privacy

We use your mobile number to send the messages you asked for and to manage the program (including STOP requests). We do not sell mobile numbers. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. Our text platform provider (currently Klaviyo) processes numbers only to send messages for us. Eligibility

You must be the account holder or have the account holder's permission for the mobile number you provide, and you must be old enough to consent under applicable law (generally 18+ in the U.S.).

Changes
